The Human Centipede
(Not the freakiest movie, but the thought of it being reality made me sick. To me, thats what a great horror movie does. Psycological effects on the audience. Bravo.)
Dawn of the Dead
(Current and remake. Cant go wrong with zombies and great makeup effects.)
